涂装车间作业场所VOCs定量分析

摘要:本文采用热解吸-气相色谱-质谱法对某汽车公司5个涂装车间的11个作业场空气中的126个样品的挥发性有机物(VOCs)进行了检测。通过定量分析,检测苯、甲苯、乙酸正丁酯、邻(间)二甲苯、对二甲苯、乙苯、苯乙烯、正十一烷八种物质的含量,并依据GBZ 2.1-2007《工作场所有害因素职业接触限值 化学有害因素》中的相关规定对八种有机物的含量是否超标进行了评价,其中超标的物质主要是苯、甲苯。

Analysis Volatile Organic Compounds in the air of automomotive paintings
Abstract:The thermal desorption-gas chromatography-mass spectrom (Thermalysis-GC/MS) was adopted to analysis Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs ) in the air of a mobile corporation in this paper. There are 126 samples from eleven workplaces of five automomotive paintings detected in this test. The concentrations of benzene, toluene, acetic acid butyl este, o-xylene, p-xylene, ethylbenzene, styrene, and undecane were studied by quantitative analysis. The contents of the eight organisms were assessed according to the contact limits on nocuous chemist factor in workplace( GBZ 2.1-2007), and benzene, toluene are beyond the standard.
