高效液相色谱-紫外检测器串联荧光检测器分离/制备多环芳烃

摘要:建立了高效液相色谱-紫外检测器串联荧光检测器(HPLC-UVD-FLD)分离/制备多环芳烃(PAHs)的 技术方法。16种PAHs混合液经HPLC-UVD-FLD分离后的6个洗脱馏分样品,前处理后,分别用HPLC-UVD和毛细管气相色谱-质谱-选择离子监测模式(GC-MS-SIM)测定,结果表明,HPLC-UVD-FLD对16种PAHs进行分离及不同馏分的分段截取,可得到单体PAHs或2~3个单体PAHs的混合物;HPLC-UVD对PAHs的最小制备浓度在0.005ng/mL~0.088ng/mL之间;HPLC-FLD对PAHs的最小制备浓度在0.001ng/mL~0.026ng/mL之间。

Preparation and Separation of PAHs by HPLC-UVD-FLD
Abstract:A technique for preparation and separation of 16 kinds of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in mix standard solution by high performance liquid chromatography with connection of ultraviolet detector and fluorescent detector in series (HPLC-UVD-FLD) and the determination of six separated fractions by gas chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry-selected ion monitoring (GC-MS-SIM) with capillary column had been established. It was showed that monomer of PAHs and mixtures of the monomer from two to three kinds could been obtained by collecting of the different fractions and separating of 16 kinds of PAHs in the mix standard solution by HPLC-UVD-FLD. The results indicated that their ranges of the minimum concentrations of preparation of PAHs with HPLC-UVD and with HPLC-FLD were from 0.005 ng/mL to 0.088 ng/mL and from 0.001 ng/mL to 0.026 ng/mL, respectively.
