Y和Sr共掺杂La(2/3-x)YxCa(1/3-y)SryMnO3的结构和输运性质研究

摘要:我们用X射线衍射和Rietveld精修的方法表征了La2/3-xYxCa1/3-ySryMnO3(LYCSMO)的晶体结构和原子参数。Y和Sr掺杂浓度在x < 0.20或y < 0.19范围内时只有单一相。x < 0.20时,a,b和c方向的晶格参数几乎保持不变。Mn-O-Mn的键角从x=0时151.9度增加到x=0.20 时的172.7度,这预示着随着x的增加MnO6八面体的对称性也增加。在x< 0.10 时,随着x的增加金属-绝缘体转变温度Tc减小,但随着x的进一步增加,Tc开始慢慢的增加。磁电阻与温度的依赖关系呈抛物线形,最大的磁电阻出现在x=0.08-0.10附近。我们用渗流模型得到了有关输运的物理参数随掺杂含量的变化趋势。

Structure and transport properties of Y and Sr co-doped La2/3-xYxCa1/3-ySryMnO3
Abstract:X-ray diffraction with the Rietveld refinements was used to characterize the structure and the atomic parameters of the samples of the nominal composition of La2/3-xYxCa1/3-ySryMnO3 (LYCSMO). There is only one phase that has been detected with the dopants of Y and Sr with x 0.20 or y0.19. The lattice parameters along a-, b-, and c-direction remain almost unchanged with x0.20. The bond angle of Mn-O-Mn increases from 151.9° for x=0 to 172.7° for x=0.20, which indicates that the symmetry of MnO6 octahedragonal increases with increasing x. The metal-to-insulator transition temperature, Tc, decreases with increasing the Y content with x 0.10 while Tc increases slightly with further increasing x. The Y content dependence of magnetoresistance shows a parabolic behavior. The maximum MR value corresponds to x=0.08~0.10. A percolation model was used to fit the magnetotransport behavior for all samples.
